A small round box for the engagement ring: you give the ring in it on the engagement day and keep it as a keepsake. On its lid the first letter of each of your names with a heart between them in silk gold, like «م ♥ س», and the engagement date if you like: on the lid along its edge, or inside the lid. Inside the box a printed cushion in the box's colour rises to 1 cm under the rim, with a slit across its middle that holds the ring upright, its stone by the rim. The lid screws on in about one and a third turns and stays shut, not a snap lid that opens by itself. 5 cm across and 4.1 cm tall; a ring up to 3 cm tall with its stone fits with the lid closed. Write the two letters in Arabic, e.g. «م س»; the first one goes on the right (or two English letters, left to right). White with gold like in the photo, or pick other colours. The ring is not included.

Common questions
How much is delivery, and how do I pay?
Delivery anywhere in Iraq is 5,000 IQD. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, or online when you order (Qi Card, ZainCash, FIB, Visa, Mastercard). Orders of 30,000 IQD or more are paid online only.
How long does it take?
We print every piece after you order it, then delivery usually takes 1–3 days.
Can I change my order after sending it?
Yes. Before we print, we confirm the order with you on WhatsApp, so you can change the name, a colour or anything else until then. Once it's confirmed it can't be changed any more: we start printing it just for you.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
- You receive your order at the door and pay the courier there.
- If a piece arrives broken, refuse it and you pay nothing.
- Pieces with nothing personal on them can be refused too.
- Pieces with a name, logo or message are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive broken.
- To get it right, we confirm every detail with you on WhatsApp before we print.
How do I look after it?
Don't leave it in a car in the summer sun: strong heat softens the plastic and can bend it. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
